  • Why Don't you Sell in my Currency?
Nuffink to do wiv us guv-nor. Spreadshirt only allows us to pick one currency per shop and sell in that one currency. We have one US store that sells in US Dollars, and the European/UK store that sells in UK Pounds. We have provided some basic currency conversions in the various stores for each language/country to give you a basic idea of what you'll be paying, but we can't actually process the order in your chosen currency at the moment.

  • Do you Deliver to XXXXXXXX?
Yes, probably.

The European/UK store only delivers within Europe. Click here to see the delivery charges to European countries from the European store.

The US store delivers to more parts of the world than the European store. You can get deliveries to North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China and Korea...but it appears anyone from Africa, South and Central America, India or the Middle East cannot. If you are from one of these areas and really, really want a piece of essential Individualitee clothing, let us know and we'll see if we can pull a few strings for you.   • How good is the Printing Quality of your T-Shirts?
All our tshirts use 'Plot Printing' which is a high quality and professional form of printing onto clothing. Print is very soft plus designs won't fade. Plot Printing then breaks down into two different subsets; Flex and Flock - Flock is a soft, fuzzy fabric while flex is smooth and shiny. Each Tshirt description tells you which one was used.

  • What's the Quality and Sizing of your Teez like?
We only use named brand tshirts; Fruit of the Loom, Jerzees, Hanes and American Apparel.

  • How long does it take for my Tshirts to arrive?
Depends on where you live and which Individualitee store you purchased from. The US Individualitee store is on the East coast, so any order going to the US will take about 3 days, maybe 5/6 if you're on the West coast.

The same thing goes for anyone buying from the UK store and getting it shipped within the UK.

Any international orders from either store really does depend on postal services on both sides and customs. An East coast Canadian order in the US store should only take about 3 days, an order going to Timbuktoo or Outer Mongolia will take a bit longer.

  • Do you supply to Retail Stores?
We don't know. Never done it, so approach us as though we're complete dummies and novices in this arena and we can take it from there.

  • What is your Refund/Exchange Policy?
Over my dead body! Only joking....Spreadshirt will give a full refund on unworn apparel before 14 days. Orders from the UK/EU shop should go here to find out more, and orders from the US store should go here.

  • How Secure is your Website?
It's tighter than a duck's ass. Your whole order is done on the secured SSL sytem (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt all processed data.
